The 4th Lagos Real Estate Market Place Conference and Exhibitions themed: REAL ESTATE REGULATION: A PANACEA FOR DISASTER MITIGATION AND RECOVERY IN THE BUILT INDUSTRY scheduled to be held between Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th December, 2023 at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The Fourth Edition of the Marketplace Conference and Exhibition seeks to provide a platform that would explore potential Real Estate issues and proffer possible sustainable solutions. This 2-day event will host Investors across the Real Estate Value Chain ranging from Tourism, Horticulture, Financial Institutions, Real Estate Developers, Interior Decorators, Construction Companies, Real Estate Agencies, Interlocking Companies, Cement, Sanitary Wares, POP, Tiles, Environmentalists, Resident Associations, Proptech startups, Real Estate Professional Bodies and Government Agencies.

The objectives of the marketplace include:

• Emphasizing the need for persons and organizations operating in the Lagos State Built industry to be registered and properly profiled.

• Providing insights into the investment opportunities in the Real Estate Sector in Lagos.

• Providing opportunities to exhibit relevant Real Estate products and services

• Presenting yet another opportunity for Real Estate practitioners to meet with relevant Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs)

• Creating an enabling environment for interactions between relevant financial Investment Institutions and the Real Estate Sector key players

The conference will consist of two days of conferences and will include exhibitions running simultaneously on both days

The Governor of Lagos state; Mr Babajide Sanwo-olu is expected to declare the conference open.
