Breaking: Former Presidential Candidates Lobby Tinubu for Appointments, Details Emerge

  • This is as they approached APC national chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje and urged him to convince Tinubu, to include them in his cabinet
  • The ex-presidential candidates are said to be members of opposition parties which include APGA, ADP, and APP to mention but a few

FCT, Abuja – Members of some opposition political parties who participated in the 2023 presidential elections on Thursday, August 31, placed a demand on the national chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.

The former presidential candidates urged Ganduje to speak with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on their behalf, for inclusion in his administration.

This is as they requested a courtesy call on the APC national chairman at the party’s national secretariat, Abuja, The Nation reported.

Nyesom Wike, minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has said the God he serves will not fail him.

In an interview on Channels Television on Wednesday, August 30, the former Rivers state governor insisted that he is happy that he stood for justice and fairness during the presidential election in February.
