Carté Overtone; a three-course dining experience inspired by Akwa Ibom, crafted by three chefs and guided by live storytelling. Each course tells a story, one of memory, culture, and connection.
Carté Aftertone; a slower, deeper close to the evening, led by Ige Adubi, our resident curator, it’s a space for active listening through sound and reflection.
