Daily Nature Meditation
Daily meditation can help us to begin the day on the right foot, feeling more centered, focused, and uplifted, and the natural world can inspire our practice.
Join us on Zoom every Monday – Friday for a 45-minute nature-oriented session that includes a 10 – 12 minute nature-based mindfulness talk followed by a 30-minute guided meditation.
Tune in from any peaceful environment with an internet connection, ideally immersed in nature or at the very least with a view of the outdoors.
