Sitcom Gavin and Stacey is set to return for another Christmas special, according to reports.
The series, written by and starring James Corden and Ruth Jones, first aired in 2007 and lasted for three series.
It returned for a special in 2019 and now, five years on, it looks set to make another comeback, according to a report by entertainment news website Deadline.
Filmed in South Wales, the sitcom follows the blossoming romance of Gavin Shipman (Matthew Horne) and Stacey West (Joanna Page).
Corden and Jones star alongside them as their respective best friends Smithy and Nessa.
The rest of the ensemble cast includes Rob Brydon, Alison Steadman, Larry Lamb and Melanie Walters.
Brydon has previously hinted that there might be one more special, adding “it would seem strange if they didn’t”.
But Corden has insisted he didn’t know whether they would “ever do another one”.
