Olumiyi, the mother of Mohbad, the later singer, has revealed some interesting circumstances surrounding his birth.
In a recent interview with TVC, Olumiyi addressed several claims regarding his son’s demise, including the allegation that she abandoned him for years only to surface when his glory manifested.

The grieving mother revealed how she came about Ilerioluwa as the late singer’s name.
She said before conceiving Mohbad, her husband’s elder sister warned her not to abort her next pregnancy because the child was God’s promise to her.
Speaking in Yoruba, she revealed that the prophecy also noted that the baby would be a child of destiny whose name would shake Nigeria and the world.

Iyabo Ojo fills condolence book as she visits Mohbad’s Mum
Legit.ng earlier reported that Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo visited Mohbad’s mum at the singer’s house in Lekki.
In a video shared via her Instagram page, Iyabo was captured at the late singer’s Lekki home, where she met with his mother, who has been staying there since his demise.
The trending clip also showed the actress filling the condolence book at the deceased singer’s house before meeting his mum.
