The neighbour said the lady was not a new student but was on the same level as them because of her carryovers.

As she avoided everyone in her school, the people also avoided her and left her to herself.

When she probed deeper into the matter, she discovered that the lady’s pastor advised her to avoid talking to people in school and to always keep to herself. The pastor told her that someone in school was responsible for her academic setbacks.

Dexterouz11 wrote on X:

“My neighbour that just started university has been telling me about a girl in the class always on her own. Nobody talked to her and she didn’t talk to anybody. She asked around and they said she wasn’t a new student but why people didn’t relate with her was what she didn’t understand.

“Later she got to know that the girl carried over many courses and her pastor told her to avoid people in school because she didn’t know who was causing the academic setback. Religion is really killing this country.”

According to him, despite avoiding everyone for the whole semester, she still had more carryovers.

In his words:

“I dislike extreme religious practice and people. My neighbour said the girl still had more carryovers after refusing to talk to anybody. It is a sad thing really. when you neglect people that can help you pass, how then do you want to succeed.”

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that an unidentified female preacher got the internet buzzing with her advice to young ladies looking for husbands.

In a video seen on X, the cleric touched on different areas as she explained how going out helps ladies to be seen and the need for packaging.

She emphasised the importance of having wigs and human hair instead of natural hair.
