American pop star Taylor Swift has set a new milestone with her upcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl, after breaking the record for the most pre-saved songs on Spotify’s Countdown Page in history.

Spotify confirmed the achievement on Sunday via Instagram, hailing it as yet another career-defining moment for the Grammy-winning artist.

“On August 31, 2025, Taylor Swift’s The Life of a Showgirl became the most pre-saved album Countdown Page in Spotify history,” the platform announced.

Swift first revealed details of her 12th studio album earlier in August during an appearance on Travis and Jason Kelce’s New Heights podcast.

Recorded in Europe while on her global Eras tour, the album is scheduled for release on October 3, 2025.

Since its announcement, fans have flooded Spotify’s Countdown Page, generating record engagement even ahead of the album’s official drop.
