In partnership with Multichoice, The She Tank and BellaNaija are set to take their revolutionary gender equality campaign, “Her Money, Her Power,” to the ongoing BBNaija reality show.
Designed as a landmark task for the current BBNaija housemates, the initiative aims to ignite a nationwide conversation about women’s economic power in Nigeria and challenge deeply rooted societal norms.
The task will feature a series of specially designed activities on Monday, September 30, engaging the housemates in ways that underscore the significance of women’s financial independence. These tasks are expected to generate thought-provoking content and spark public discourse, with the victorious housemates carting home whopping cash prizes in the individual and group tasks.
“‘Her Money, Her Power’ extends beyond the BBNaija house, encompassing a multifaceted approach that includes an ad video, digital content, influencer collaborations, and media engagement. By leveraging the extensive reach of the BBNaija reality show, the campaign seeks to influence mindsets and drive a positive shift in perceptions surrounding women’s economic power,” said Mary Edoro, Chief of Staff/Head of Strategy at BellaNaija.
The #HerMoneyHerPower initiative has garnered significant attention, with NOIPolls partnering to track potential shifts in public opinion resulting from the campaign’s exposure. As the nation watches, “Her Money, Her Power” promises to be a watershed moment in the ongoing fight for gender equality and women’s advancement in Nigeria.
