A lecturer gave his students and netizens a good laugh when he hit a snag while solving a chemistry problem.

The moment, captured on video by one of his students, has gone viral on social media, with many claiming that the man is not to blame and that the course is very hard.

Math equation gone wrong

Anyone who has done mathematics, Chemistry or any subject involving complex calculations knows that it can be challenging, even for a math whizz.

Every once in a while, calculations do not work, as was the case for the Chemistry lecturer.

In an Instagram video shared by @northern.student, the lecturer was solving a chemistry problem and was almost finished when he realised something was amiss.

The man, who some netizens claimed was a lecturer, Dr Mugambi, from Kenyatta University, had made calculations all over the whiteboard.

However, when he had almost found the solution to the problem, he realised something was wrong.

With a hand on his waist and a confused look on his face, he stepped back and observed the board, trying to figure out where he made a wrong move.

Dressed in a white lab coat and a mask hanging to one side of the ear, the lecturer rubbed a few calculations off the board but still did not find the error.

Nigerian lecturer gets stuck while solving Chemistry question

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported a video of a Nigerian academician who was stuck at the board trying to solve a chemistry question.

The pitiable man appeared to have forgotten a step of the process and was trying hard to recollect, but it wasn’t just going to come.

The video has gone viral on TikTok with many saying that the man is not to blame, and that Chemistry is a very hard subject.
